“Yesterday, on April 11th 17:16 PM, M7.1 earthquake occurred near Fukushima. From the time to now, larger than M3 earthquake occurred near Fukushima more than 20 times. By this earthquake, three people died. Fortunately, I am not sure whether this expression is appropriate, the situation of Fukushima Daiichi nuclear electric plant keeps the same. No damage on transportation.

Yesterday, Japan Government started to examine Fukushima Daiichi nuclear electric plant accident to be INES level 7, which is the same as Chernobyl. However, the radiation effect is limited to the area near Hamadori area in Fukushima. Tokyo is safe, Fukushima Nakadori and Aizu area are safe, Miyagi and Iwate prefectures are safe, even west Japan area has almost no effect of radiation. “
