Main road and the surrounding area are getting better. But Pacific Ocean bay areas conditions still have problems like road, electricity, water, and living circumstances. Because of geographical features, Distribution to several shelters is still difficult. Ministry of Defense helicopters transport donation goods to these areas. And also, U.S. aircraft carrier Ronald Reagan stays nearby disaster area and transport donation goods to these cities by helicopter. We improve distribution to these cities intensively.”
